Will anything change for me with the new management?
Don’t worry! You are and remain our priority. You’ll continue training with the same quality standards you know, in fact, we’re working to make them even better.
How will you manage classes with new members?
Simple: you always have priority! We’ve organized everything to ensure there’s always the right space in classes to train well and receive proper attention from the coaches. The quality of your training is non-negotiable.

Will the class schedule change?
We’re working to optimize the training experience for all our members, so yes, there might be some schedule changes soon. But don’t worry: any changes will be communicated well in advance and, most importantly, will be based on the feedback we collect from you. Our goal is to make the schedule more convenient and functional for the entire community.
I heard you’re introducing many new things, should I be worried?
Absolutely not! Every change we introduce has a single goal: to make your Box experience even better and more satisfying. We’re improving the organization, booking systems, and class management specifically to give you better service. Our philosophy is simple: evolve while maintaining everything you love about the box, adding only things that can enrich your experience. And remember: your feedback is valuable, so don’t hesitate to tell us if something doesn’t convince you!
How do we stay in touch?
You can always find us! On our app for everything related to workouts and bookings, on WhatsApp for quick communications (from 12:30 to 18:00), via email for more important matters, and of course on the notice board for daily updates.
I want to tell you something or ask a question, how do I do that?
We’re always here for you! Our desk staff is at your disposal for any needs. You can stop by for a chat during opening hours, send us a WhatsApp message during dedicated time slots, or write us an email. The desk is your point of reference for any request or information.
COMING FROM ANOTHER BOX?

Can I have a trial session before joining?
If you already know CrossFit, you don’t need it, but if you want to better understand how we train here, you can do a drop-in which will be reimbursed once you become a Bilitio member with a valid membership.
How does joining CrossFit Bilitio work?
Your journey into our family starts with an informal chat: you’ll tell us about your background, your goals, and we’ll explain how we work. Together, we’ll find the best way to integrate you into the classes that suit you best, step by step, without rushing.
How do you manage class sizes?
We have a system that allows us to maintain the perfect balance in every class. Our goal is to ensure that every athlete receives proper attention from the coach and has the necessary space to train at their best. Training quality comes first.
What if classes are full?
We’re also considering increasing the number of classes and time slots, but we’ll only do this if we can guarantee the same quality standards that set us apart. The key is to be responsible with bookings: only book when you’re sure you can come and cancel in good time if you can’t attend, so you give others the opportunity to train.
How does the booking system work?
We have a super intuitive app that allows you to manage everything conveniently from your phone or tablet. You’ll be able to see the week’s programming, book your spot whenever you prefer, and manage your bookings independently. Simple, fast, and always at your fingertips.

How does the onboarding process work?
Here’s how we start; it’s a real journey! We begin with a free trial where we get to know each other and show you our world. If you like what you see, we start with the On-Ramp course: a series of introductory lessons where you’ll learn CrossFit basics in complete safety. Only after completing this pathway, when both you and we are sure that CrossFit is right for you, will you be able to join regular classes with a membership. It’s not a race: let’s take the time needed to do things right!
I’m not fit enough to start CrossFit…
Hey, stop right there! CrossFit is for everyone, really. Here, every workout is adapted to your personal level. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done sports or if you can’t do a single push-up; we always start from where you are, at your own pace and with your own abilities. That’s the beauty of CrossFit: everyone has their own personalized journey.
I’m afraid of getting injured…

I’m intimidated by group training…
We understand! But know that our community is our greatest pride. Here you’ll find people of all ages and fitness levels supporting each other. There’s no competition (except with yourself), only encouragement. Our coaches are always by your side to give you personalized support, and we guarantee that after just a few classes you’ll already feel part of the family.
I’ve heard CrossFit is too intense…
This is one of the biggest misconceptions! Intensity is always personal and adapted to you. An experienced athlete and a beginner can train in the same class, each at their own pace and with their own loads. We’ll never ask you to do something you’re not ready for. Our goal is to help you improve gradually, safely, and with satisfaction.
How long will it take to see results?
Everyone is unique and has their own timeline, but we can tell you that changes start right away! From the first week, you’ll feel the difference in energy and motivation. Within a month, you’ll notice improvements in strength and endurance, and in two to three months, you’ll see the first physical changes. But the best part? You’ll feel part of a family that supports you and celebrates every progress you make, big or small.
